I have uploaded my CV I received an e-mail with available dates for a phone interview. I got call few days later and was scheduled for an interview with HR in a store for the next week straight away. After meeting with HR there was a second stage interview with Store Manager in the following week. I got a call with a job offer ca. week later. Whole process took 3 weeks.

1. Phone interview (30min)
- Mainly questions about previous sales/design experience
2. HR - 1st interview (1h)
- Very friendly conversation about motivation, hobbies, experience
3. Store manager - 2nd interview (1h)
- Focus on sales, targets to be done and company strategy

Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.

Easy and not pressure so it make it easy for the people and the feel comfortable with the interview , manager and team leader they were nice so nothing to complain I guess I did not get the job cause I'm in uni that's why so they are not flexible with schedule
