I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Manchester, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
brief conversation with store manager! The whole experience of the interview was extremely unprofessional and not thought through. They dont look after great new sales people and only like looking after the long term experienced staff in store, feeding them with all the web leads that come through.
I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Question 1
What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
