The interview was overall a good process. I was interviewed by the founder as well as another worker, whose position I was and still am unsure of. Both created a very comfortable environment to answer questions honestly. Most questions asked were related to my position, however I was a bit taken back when I was questioned technical questions relating to real estate/finance. I understand this is a real estate corporation, and a basic understanding is needed, but I was just a little shocked at the complexity and depth of the questions since I applied for the role of social media manager.
