Normal with sales questions. Asked me my last jobs and how to handle with a difficult client. Talked about the job environment, how it works and benefits. The company which is very big and portuguese, that they are a big team etc
Very simple, they were very nice, it was around 20 minutes. They asked me which area (within the sales department) would I feel the most comfortable. They also briefly explained how scheduling would go and that I'd have to go through a week of onboarding.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Worten (Setúbal) in Dec 2018
Interview
I had two interviews, one with the store manager and one with the region manager. Simple questions, mostly personal and related to my studies. The interviews were two weeks apart.
