Very relaxed and informal style

The process was fairly straight forward. They were able to consolidate multiple interviews into one day. It made for a long day, but was nice to only commit one day to the process. An offer was made shortly after.

How do you feel about always having a target on you and being quota carrying?
Was working as an intern before job offer. No interview needed. My work as an intern as well as a part-time Europe analyst intern provided enough experience and internal confidence to have me fill a vacancy when one came up.
