The application was done online and decision was based on this. There were over 1000 applications but they were only selecting three hundred to four hundred participants. The online questions were quite difficult to answer since technology is not my area of expertise.

Interview
Two staffs from the group met with interviewees and asked questions. Very standard procedure. The atmosphere was good. Interviewers made interviewees comfortable. There were questions about the responsibilities, previous working experience, expectations, etc.
