I distributed my resume at a job fair and was contacted by phone about a month later for an internship offer. Afterwards, I met with both the recruiter from the phone and the director of the department and was offered the position on the spot. Both were very focused on the strengths and experiences I wanted to work on and achieve. They were open and welcoming during the entire process.
