Workforce Singapore interview questions

There were two rounds: a written assignment, followed by an on-site interview with the hiring manager and senior members of the team. The interviewers asked about my approach, frameworks, and past experiences, and also shared more about the work WSG is doing. It was a pleasant experience.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable, asking clear questions about my background, interests, and willingness to learn. Overall, it was a positive and smooth experience.
