      Account Manager Interview

      May 31, 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Workato

      Interview

I expected a decent level of professionalism from the interview but was appalled by the lack of it. The interviewer is amateurish and unsophisticated in asking questions. This is the first time I have interview in a long time and perhaps should not be taken by surprise again when I encounter a mediocre interviewer. First 10 minutes into the interview, I have already lost interest because of the way the interview is conducted. I would take part of the responsibility to be better prepared to face such interviewers in the future but I felt the need to let the company know who they sent to represent them does contribute to the overall impression of the company.
