It was an unusual, but great in-person interview. She asked the good and bad from every job I'd ever had in my life. Which brought up a lot of other interesting questions, from her, and from me as well. It was actually fun to talk about some of these jobs I hadn't thought about in years. I also had another in-person hour long interview with 2 others a couple days later. It all went great and they seemed like incredibly friendly people. I was told I was one of two candidates left interviewing. I was very excited about the possibilities of taking on this new role. Their recruiter asked me to follow up to let her know how it went. I called her soon after the same day (and left a VM) and also emailed her that day to thank them. And then also a few times in the following weeks to ask for updates. I also texted the recruiter, and tried to connect via Linkedin with both her and the interviewer. I never heard one thing back from any of them.
