1st Round: You will receive an online assessment which takes about 45 minutes - 1 hour to complete 2nd Round: You will meet with a person who is in a position similar to yours and will take notes on your experiences and what you're looking for in your next role 3rd Round: This round will be your hardest round. You will do a 4 rounds of interviews all in one day so make sure you have availability on the day of your choosing. Each person interviewing you will have around 5-8 questions. Every time you answer a question they will ask you to go more in depth and have questions that will tie to each of those questions. For example: "Tell me about a time where you failed to meet a deadline, what was your next step" After you give them your story example they will further ask you more details like " What did you learn from that or what would you have done differently?" At the end of the interviews, you will have 5-10 minutes to ask the interviewer any questions you might have either about them or the company. Overall I felt like I didn't get this role due to the hiring manager not really connecting with me or that they felt like since my role was mainly marketing that I should pursue that field instead.
