I applied online and within a couple of days received an invitation group interview.
The group interview was simple and was about getting to know the company, management and potential peers.
After the group interview I was invited back to a one-on-one interview in which I was offered the job.

Interview
Longer than most, but not too long. Not too nerve-racking as the interviewee was very kind and actually quite relatable. Questions were not too difficult and I obtained the job.
