I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Woodside on the Move (Woodside, NY) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process went straight to the point. The interviewer who had interviewed me was calm and soft spoken, took notes while I respond to each and every question, correcting me a bit and after the interview, my interviewer told me that I will be moving forward with my application and start doing the required paperworks before getting an offer. Before getting a job interview, I felt like it didn't take long for me to look and apply as a new group leader at Woodside on the Move.

Interview
3 Rounds of interviews: A Board Member, then a group interview, then a final interview with a presentation. This took the course of over 4-5 weeks. One of the interviews has a staff member in it. The former ED was not available, so did not have a role in the hiring process.
