Woodland Group interview questions

Went through an agency, who arranged the interview. 1 step interview process, and a short sql test. Managers left the room to confer on the decision, and I was hired.

Was interviewed across 2 different sites which I thought gave a good perspective of the Company. 2 separate interviews with 2 different managers. Both pretty informal occasions and were more interested in me as a person than industry specifics given lack of experience.
