Phone screen, initial interview with Hiring Manager, a few different interviews in office with people from different departments. The last interview with the CEO that was more like a conversation.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wonder Research in Dec 2021
Interview
When you interview, one party doesn't communicate efficiently to the other. You get sent the same information multiple times.
One of the recruiters will send constant "status updates" on the project you are suppose to complete for round 2. Not a fan when my phone is being blown up when I informed them my current employment hours.
I felt INCREDIBLY rushed when I woke up to 3 texts and 1 missed call regarding an update before I was set to do the presentation.
I'll be honest. I was super excited for this. The recruiter Mrs. B. Made me feel incredibly rushed, and I decided to not go through with the process because of her. She was rude when I told her I was backing out.
-10/10. Not recommend
