I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wolverine Tube
Interview
Friendly but not very concerned with direct experience for the position. Most questions were related to fitting their current needs and didn’t allow a lot of time to elaborate my experience

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wolverine Tube (Shawnee, OK) in Oct 2012
Interview
It was very brief. They asked a few questions and drug tested on the spot. they sent me home and called with a job offer about a month later. At the time i went to interview it was on site and through the temporary agency called prime. They dropped prime and started going thru workforce of oklahoma. They will hire pretty much anybody.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wolverine Tube (Shawnee, OK) in May 2011
Interview
Fairly typical hiring process for a production environment. Had to take three or four short basic intelligence tests to see if I was smart enough not to cut my own hand off. After passing these had an interview with the future boss. The usual strengths, weaknesses and scenarios crap that could all be total bull for all they know. Then signed my papers and went to work.
