Project Analyst At Racine WI Interview

      Jul 15, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Racine, WI
      Accepted offer
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wolfspeed (Racine, WI)

      Interview

Insane interview process. Called for onsite 3 times for which I had to travel 5 hours round trip and felt they could have done via phone. Was offered the role. I asked time to join since I need my EAD to work. Initially they accepted to everything and suddenly withdrew the offer in 3 weeks time saying they can't wait. It was just a mail sent about the withdrawal with out any prior warning. No one was willing to talk nor bothered to send me an explanation. Totally unprofessional and hostile environment. I am not sure if that is the way they treat their current employees too. From the interview experience, not a great place to work. If you do not have any other offer, just a temporary solution.
