First round was phone call screening. Had One zoom call and Had 3 hours on site interview. Interview process was smooth and practical. Hr response was quick and nice. All of the interview process and result was shared via email and phone properly.

The interview process: recruiter, hiring manager, then panel interviews. The first two were way too easy. Recruiters rarely say no, anyway, but the hiring manager interview was way too short and easy. Total time was well less than 10 minutes and he seemed totally uninterested and hardly even looked at me. He only asked one generic question to get me started. Panel interviews were as expected, but long. I received a standard formed response declining me. My experience and resume were almost overqualified. I should have been a shoe in. I made some friends of hiring managers on the inside and they said a lot of openings are on hold until the factory starts ramping up. They have a ton of openings listed for a factory that's nowhere near finished, much less ready to be worked.
