I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wolff Olins (London, England) in Mar 2011
Interview
You have a lot of interviews! By the time I was accepted I'd met about 10% of the whole company, in 4 interviews, including a 2-hour working session. I met couple of people at a similar level to me in the first interview, then a panel of 4 people, then a working session with 4 people (on a live client brief), and then met the chairman+md.
The Wolff Olins interview process was a pleasure from the start: organised, efficient, warm, insightful and positively challenging. The process painted a good organisational, capability and role picture. Over four meetings, I had the chance to meet people from different areas of the business. The third interview included a project brief and a request to present it to 5 team members with different expertise. The brief brought to life the type of work Wollf Olins does, their breath and depth of thinking and ambition for the future. The presentation session was an excellent chance to meet more people, a warm, thoughtful and inspiring bunch. Furthermore, Vikesh was superb throughout, navigating the logistics and going the extra mile to ensure each meeting ran smoothly.
