Your first touchpoint will be one of their friendly Recruiters. This will be a phone conversation where they will ask a few questions about your experience and motivations. During the interview you will be asked a series of open-ended questions and scenario based questions, to get to know your decision making process and how you like to work. They'll also tell you some more about the role and the next steps.

First a test with 2 fake emails in which you have to answer as a customer service representative then interview by zoom with one of the team leaders at the offices in budapest
Online interview with lovely recruiter who set me at ease. More of a conversation that strict interview questions. Really set me at ease and got the most out of me.
