I have been through two separate interview processes for this company, once in Customer Service, and once for Due Diligence. For customer service, it was a three step process. An online digital evaluation of necessary skills (typing, language etc), a primary interview with the general hiring team, and then a secondary interview with the hiring team of the role you applied for specifically. For due diligence, it was almost the same minus the first online evaluation. For the customer service one, the process was fast and efficient and I was working only two to three weeks after applying. The due diligence one was NOT like this. I applied for the job in March, got a reply a week later to schedule an interview for another week later. Did the interview, then waited about 2 weeks for the next interview. So we are at a month now from application time, then they let me know that while they could onboard me now, they have to wait for something (I discovered it was just waiting for my new team lead to finish training), and I only started working at the end of May. So almost three months from job application to start date. Not great.
The interviews themselves are standard, what you would imagine for any job. 'Why do you want to work here', 'Why is this field interesting to you', 'what was your worst moment', 'what was your helpful moment', etc etc. While knowing what you are doing is a big deal for Wise, the bigger deal is the type of personality you have. Are you going to pick yourself up after a hard day? Can you take constructive feedback or criticism? Are you going to push yourself and put the effort in? Are you honest and friendly? Those are more important questions for Wise, plus an understanding of the company (use the website). It is a really good place to work, and generally I enjoy it. The hiring process is just a little hit or miss but they are very forthcoming with it.
