Had a screening, then a test(answers deadline was in 3days or so, followed up by an interview with a recruiter based in another country than the one I applied for (interview was super short, more about the company, role, salary expectations etc) and lastly, an interview with the hiring mananger. They were super nice and asked more details on qualifications, examples of how I dealt when a difficult situation arise at work, why I think I was a good fit etc Interview itself was ok but I got no response on mail until I sent a follow- up mail despite them telling me I’ll be contacted very soon. I was told that someone filled the position already and asked if I am interested in another position. I said yes, but got ghosted.
