Initially I was contacted and invited to interview in person; however, the invitation was sent 2 business days ahead of the interview date and I was located in a different state altogether. When requested, they were able to accommodate a Zoom interview. I was interviewed by 3 current supervisors - one of whom was from a different department and looking to fill a position on her team as well. There were a total of 6 questions asked, which the interview committee shared on the screen and took turns reading aloud to me one by one. The questions were not the typical behavioral based but rather asked me to describe my familiarity/experience with different applicable aspects of the role - asked to provide specific examples of my knowledge.
