Interview
Started off as any interview. Then the bookkeeper handed me 2 P&L statements. I could see a pattern of theft and mismanagement so clearly it shocked me. I learned later that the CEO was "unaware" of the issues. I learned that the loses started when he became CEO.

Question 1
I started asking the questions. I could not understand how what I was seeing had gone on for what appeared to be 5 years. I should have realized at that time what I ended up walking into. I left not feeling I had the job. But I received a call and started the process. The interview was very unusual.
