Responded to an ad in the local paper was called to come to the office for an interview. Interview was very laid back, not too formal. Was asked about previous employment and your standard pre-employment questions about customer service and dealing with upset people and stress. Was contacted a few days later by phone and received job offer.

Interview
I was asked average questions. It was not stressful, it was more like talking to a good friend. Just smile and be somewhat assertive and all is well. They do center alot on customer service.
