Talked on the phone, classic behavioral interview. No difficult questions were asked. Offered me to meet with the founders right away. Declined because the compensation was much lower than I anticipated.
Winsby has not conducted any interviews for the Junior Account Manager position in July. This was for a different position at a sister company, with a different owner, and company structure.
