I showed up and they just gave me the job without asking a lot of questions. (A red flag.)
Training was over 2 days (4 hours each) and was just me practicing a phone conversation and teaching out of the book. (The textbook had a lot of errors.)

The interview and training happened at once. If you are called in to interview, you are actually called in to train. This involved watching about four hours of vidoees by South Korean people whose command of the English language is poor.
