I interviewed at Wind Creek Hospitality (Wetumpka, AL)
Interview
The interview process was a bit hectic, but that sums up the work culture at WC perfectly. The questions were primarily about my ability to withstand a chaotic environment. It involved a partial tour of the casino floor and the food court area.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wind Creek Hospitality (Wetumpka, AL)
Interview
1. Phone call from HR - asking simple questions about yourself - job description, if you have any experience as a server, pay, benefits, any questions you may have.
2. In-person interview (your experiences & any questions you may have, nothing too difficult) and audition (how quickly can you come up with something to say on the spot). Then supervised drug test.
3. 3-day orientation.
4. TIPS training, then gaming license registration (fingerprints).
5. Serving next day (with few hours following a senior server, then you're on your own but it's super easy and fun - no complaints).

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Wind Creek Hospitality (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2024
Interview
I attend a job fair that was hosted by Wind Creek. It was an audition at entry to see if you meet their hospitality. Overall, just seeing how personable you are. Then if standards were met you were sent to another room to meet hiring managers for the position you were applying to. The experience was not intimidating at all and all of the employees were welcoming and answered any questions you had.
