Winchester Ammunition interview questions

The interview was success,everything was explained properly,gave a tour through the facility ,I meet with the supervisor of the department,I was gonna be working in .he explained how the machines had to be ran and asked did ,I think I would be a good candidate for the job.

A phone call and 15 minute interview after 6 months of applying lead to a job based on 10 year old work experience that was not in my field of study nor the job I had applied for. Very friendly but not much of a screening process for job or culture fit.
