Basic and straight forward . Sat down with management and was asked previous machine and other related experience . Lasted about 30 minutes. Some of the questions relates towards team work

There are two parts to the interview. 1. will be in your city- pretty standard interview questions want to be energetic, focus and clear. if you do well, they will fly you to head office in Minnesota. Part 2: will be an all day 9-5 interview. you will interview with different people from different parties. Every one will ask about your resume, why do you wanna work here? they key is to always be closing. ask every person you meet to close how can you start next week. do not be passive and ask for next steps .. you must ask for the job
