Only made it to OCI Screening interview. The interviewer asked me to sit down, and then just looked at me expectantly. I ended up asking all of the questions, and only answered one. It was unclear what he was looking for in a candidate.

Straightforward and accommodating. They were very on top of scheduling and I interviewed with 3 associates and 2 partners after my OCI screener. They're sharp and will ask you probing questions but were genuinely engaged in the interview process.
