Initial phone interview over the phone for 1 hour. 1st interview with MVP 2nd interview with creative team Test The entire interview process took about 1-2 months. Gaps of communication between each interview. Total hours from interviewing to the test at least 8 hours. Test emailed a few days after last interview with 2 "test" projects. 1 project had brief with lots of sales data and few points on goals. 2 project was missing much needed information. Disliked because there is no creative direction or style provided. Time for projects are NOT compensated. Days went by with no communication after submitting projects. Multiple follow ups with minimal response. Final email sent 2 weeks later. Honestly think this company doesn't know what they want.
