Started with a basic pre-screening interview & the hiring agency out of Tulsa was very prompt and easy to work with. A couple weeks later I went in for a panel interview (two managers). It was a very relaxed setting. Focus was on previous experience and knowledge of pneumatic, electric, and mechanical applications. None of those generic behavioral questions were asked.

The interview was very laid back. It was a panel interview with Operations Manager and 2 field workers. Standard behavioral questions. The interview was approximately 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from the company. Very slow and drawn out process unfortunately.

Interview
2 -3 weeks after applying online I was asked to complete a virtual interview. I did, and I felt it went pretty well. Two weeks later I received a call from someone at HR asking when I could start, and a few other basic questions. Ten minutes after hanging up I was called back and asked which days I could fly up the PA to interview. I gave them my dates, and the next day their travel liaison got in touch with me. Turned out, the couldn't interview me on the day I was available, and asked if i could do the following week. I told them yes. A couple days later they told me they were no longer interviewing for the position.
