Video screening interview, then phone interview about two weeks later. The phone interview was with 2 engineers. I haven't heard back from the company yet, but it was a great experience,

I had two people interview me. They were very friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable. It was an on campus interview so I knew one of the interviewers before hand from an event on campus.

They asked me about myself then went on to ask typical situational based questions on how I solved a problem given certain restraints.

Interview
The first step after applying online was a video interview, and once that was completed I was selected for a phone interview. The entire hiring process took about 4 months before I received a call with my offer. The interview mostly focused on experiences and was not technical at all with every question starting off with "tell me about a time when."
