Interview: You have to show a good knowledge of what a social enterprise means, and why you are personally interested in social enterprise.
The work culture is very open and hands-on. It is a great place to be an intern/associate, as Senior management explains in detail how the tasks you are allocated fit within the overall context of the organization.
After initial onboarding you have to be able to work independently.
Good opportunity for growth.
