They asked very specific 'why' questions about my education choices, and the things I enjoyed the most and least about my work experiences. They didn't seem to pay attention to my answers or consider what I already explained I worked as valid for experience, as they asked the same questions worded differently when I already answered them. They then proceeded to ask me several - in my opinion - eliminatory questions to sift candidates out and half of it felt more like a forced survey. I already know I will not get the job. I don't see how those questions would be relevant for a fresh graduate, who would anyways learn while working there how the industry works and what are their concerns. It sounded to me like they wanted you to sleep, breath and live bread.
