I was initially called for a phone interview. Soon after a day or two, they send an email invitation for an in-person interview which was held at their office. The overall process was quite straightforward. My interview went quite good. However, they never informed me about the interview result. I tried calling them a few times just to know the interview outcome (positive or negative). But every time they put me on hold or forward me to the recruitment team which never picks up your call or gets back to you even after leaving a voice mail. Unfortunately, as a job seeker, I was quite disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour.
