I applied through a recruiter, and was given an interview time. When I arrived, I met with three supervisors as there were two positions open that they wanted to discuss. This wasn't a typical interview - I don't remember them specifically asking many direct questions. Instead, I was there for an hour or so speaking with everyone so they could get a sense of if I was right for the job, and I could get a sense of the company's culture.
