I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Will-Burt (Orrville, OH) in Mar 2016

There really is no interview process. There really wasn’t a lot of previous experience questions, or any tell me about yourself questions. It was actually a joke and a waste of time really, should have just sent an offer to my email. Would have saved us both time

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Will-Burt (Orrville, OH)

Interview

Phone interview with HR with basic HR questions. Second interview with the Director of Engineering was very thorough and included a personality test and a plant tour. The second interview took about 2 hours or so. Came back for a third interview with the Engineering manager for about an hour and was hired within a week.

They asked about how I dealt with a difficult situation in the past. They were very interested in how you deal with conflict.
