The interview process was informative, professional, and easy to engage. Questions were welcomed and thoughtful, thorough answers given. The scheduling process was very helpful. Was able to get a good idea of the environment and support available.
I interviewed at Wilkinson ERA Real Estate (Columbia, SC) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process is very detailed. You started with a phone interview. Then the online app and assessment. Then before your actual interview you have to take another assessment. The interview in person itself was almost 3 hours.
With the detailed interview process they pack communication. Was told they would decide the following week. Emailed and called to follow up. They are unable to communicate with you even if they didn't select you. Was not very professional to do after the interview process and hoops they made you go through.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wilkinson ERA Real Estate (Charlotte, NC) in Sep 2015
Interview
Your interview will be with one of the Brokers-In-Charge and you would have the opportunity to meet other staff the day of the interview. The interview is an opportunity for the BIC to see if you are serious about your career. They are selective and want Realtors to be devoted to practicing Real Estate as their primary job. They want a Realtor who stays on top of their licensing and continuing education requirements and an Agent who understands and believes in, wholeheartedly, in the Realtors Code of Ethics. They will want you to have reliable and insured transportation. They will want to know that you adhere to a higher level of moral codes of conduct. When you join this firm, you are an agent under the broker in charge. So, you become a direct reflection of the level of service and quality of service this company provides to it's customers. They are discerning, and this is not just a place for anyone to hang their license.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You will be asked a fair amount of questions, but you will also have the opportunity to ask questions. This is usually a very relaxed interview. Bring any and all information and resumes you have about yourself. Have your history and information readily available for the interview.
