Interview
The environment was professional yet relaxed, making it easier to express genuine thoughts and ideas. Some parts of the interview were structured and focused, while other segments allowed for more free-flowing dialogue, providing insights into the company culture and team dynamics.
Interview process was straight forward. Met with some of the senior partners and was asked to come back for a second interview and meet most of the other partners. Was professional and relaxed at the same time.
