It was a phone interview with two people and took about 40 minutes. The main interviewer was very pleasant and made the interview comfortable. I made some crucial mistakes because it was my first interview though and I was very nervous. It is definitly advisable to have examples of experience ready. They asked about my expeirence with wildlife conservation, policy and law, etc. Other than they had some general questions that are going to be asked in every internship. It was definitly a good experience and great practise for interviews I had afterwards.
