Wildchain Unity Developer interview questions

CV application,~10 questions written questionary, short interview with PM about previous experience and skills, interview with unity lead developer, technical test assignment for 4-8h, technical interview + test task walkthrough. While the team made a positive impression, the hiring process was disappointing. Each stage took longer than promised, deadlines consistently missed for updates and decisions, and receiving a generic AI rejection after such effort felt disrespectful. Candidates deserve better consideration for their time and energy.
