15-minute interview with an attractions supervisor/manager. They asked a few basic questions relating to guest interactions and guest service experience. Then started talking about what to expect on the job. Was hired later that day.

Interview
The interview was a little unprofessional. The director at the time was very casual and had some odd questions. It seemed like they weren't very comfortable with hiring someone who had a family. Questions were steered towards whether having children would interfere with my ability to do the job. A lot of focus was put on how the job demands being available at any time, and almost all weekends.

Interview
Short but fun interview process. Group interview, very non invasive questions. Everyone stood in a circle and pretty much did team building exercises and talk about company policy and procedures.
