It was a very unconventional interview process. You talk to multiple people. The boss asks what the general consensus is in regards to your personality and skill set. There is a lot of walking around the office and discussing how the company started and such. It is a very casual type of interview. There does not seem to be much structure in regards to the interviewing process.
