      Step 1: Contacted by head hunter. Phone interview with head hunter. Step 2: Phone interview with Engineering team and hiring manager. Step 3: On-site in person interview - panel type interview. Step 4: Online assessment tests - psychological, analytic skills Step 5: Phone interview Step 6: Offer - Counteroffer - Final Offer-Accepted
