One HR interview and then one in person interview with a senior associate and partner. Senior associate was there more to describe the practice group. The partner asked more questions about me personally.

Everything depends on the partner you are working for. Usually is more than one interview. Fist Zoom and then in person. They want to know about your experience, why do you want for wicker etc

Easy Zoom interview. Basic questions about background, etc. I passed on the second round of interviews because during the first round, the partner said his teams bills 250 hours every month. Sounds like unethical billing. Overall, seems like a mill.
