Don’t bother applying. You will get a generic email for a phone discussion without even your name on it. It’s very low effort and you won’t get a response even after answering the question of which day and time would be best to talk. Why post a job opening, contact the applicant, and don’t reply to the applicant’s response if you’re supposedly a legitimate company with real openings?
