Standard process for a role of this importance - first interview over the phone with HR, then an in person interview with the CEO and CFO, and the President. Then moving forward they required an assessment that was the deepest personality assessment I have done for any job before. This was 1-2 hours of time on the computer. Then I was invited back for their "final" round of interviewing, again with the President and also with a consultant and HR manager. This involved many "get to know you better" type of questions and good interaction to learn more about the role, their needs and expectations.
