Interview
Initially phone screening, very long detailed interview, and then final call with an exec member. The long, detailed interview takes 2-4 hours depending on how much experience you have or who is interviewing you. It is extremely detailed and tedious.

Interview
Top grade interview. Two mangers interviewed. Roughly two hours to complete. Asked the same questions for every position listed on resume. Not much conversation more Q&A. Interviewers gave brief description if the position, what is expected, if I felt I could meet/impliment those expectations. Took a bathroom/water break about midway.

Interview
Essentially you are pre screened and then you are sent two assessments to take. One of the assessments is a critical thinking test, the other is a personality test. Once you complete and pass, you are scheduled for what they call a top grade. It is a 3 hour interview. If you do not know what a top grade is, google it
